What you will receive

From your audit to your finished Access Welcome Guide, here is exactly what your business gets when you take part in Access for Success.

An accessibility audit shows you exactly what your business currently offers, so you can communicate that clearly to visitors with access requirements before they book.

Staff training equips your team with the skills to deliver high-quality, inclusive customer service across every visitor touchpoint.

Your Access Welcome Guide gives visitors reliable accessibility information before they travel, reducing uncertainty and increasing bookings.

Completing Access for Success does more than improve your business. It signals clearly to every visitor that your business is genuinely inclusive. Your Access Welcome Guide is published and shareable, giving people with accessibility needs the confidence to choose your business.

Your audit findings become the foundation for a long-term accessibility improvement plan, with ongoing guidance from the Fáilte Ireland Inclusive Tourism team.
