  • Operate a registered hotel or visitor attraction in the Republic of Ireland with an in-house food and beverage offer.
  • Have the capacity to commit to a 12–18 month programme, involving senior leadership and the food and beverage team.

Who can take part in the F&B 360° programme?

What you need to know about State aid funding (De Minimis)

Support provided through this programme is considered State aid under De Minimis rules, and eligibility will be confirmed as part of the process. The programme offers support valued at €10,000. Businesses must not have exceeded the €300,000 limit over the past 36 months, including this support.

Participants should be ready to:

  • Complete a short needs assessment survey
  • Attend an assessment review call, masterclasses and one-to-one clinics 
  • Commit leadership time and implement agreed actions over 12 to 18 months
  • Track key indicators and share progress for impact measurement

What you should have ready

The following information will be required before you can commence:

  • A view of current food and beverage performance and key challenges for the needs assessment
  • Names and roles of those who will participate, including the general manager, food and beverage lead, and finance support where relevant
  • Agreement internally that you can commit the time outlined over 12 to 18 months
