Is this fund right for your event?

Three types of events qualify. Check the criteria below to see if your event fits, and review the thresholds before you apply.

  • Association conferencesAssociation conferences need 100+ international delegates attending in person and a one-night stay. Organisers must apply at least six months before the event.
  • Meetings and incentive travelMeetings and incentives need 50+ international delegates or €75,000+ in ground costs. Organisers must apply at bid pending stage, two months out.
  • International cultural and sporting eventsInternational cultural and sporting events need 100+ international participants and a two-night stay. Organisers must apply six months before the event.
